Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo, font and color selections for both print materials as well as our website. The company is engaged in two main business lines now -- selling lottery receivables, and making hard money loans for residential upgrades.

Because these are financial businesses, the output needs to be reasonably conservative since trust is the basis of finance. But we do want it to look modern and appealing to potential customers. Perhaps muted font choice, bold color?
