looking for a folder with pockets that represent my real estate management company when i hand to client reports or promotional material. I only do resedential real estate. I want classy and professional - pictures or additioal graphixs are fine

when a client open i will usally insert text and reports about my business
also on the inside flap is usally place for my business card i will upload a picture so the theme can be constant
