In what context are you intending to use the logo? Website, Flyers, Business cards, Store signage etc, Clothing / Uniform etc?

And what colour backgrounds might it be used on?

Not too keen on the silhouette, or the different colour tail. Not a fan of the font.

Seems to be a lack of ratio too. Might be worth investigating the golden ratio.
