REMINDERS:
1) Objective is to get people to the Members area. Current members will enter password to get to members-only page, or new visitors can request to Join to get the password.
2) High-Tech/Advanced, Strong not fun.
3) There must be design elements that are unique, so people are really impressed!
4) Desired Imagery: outdoor hemp field with blue sky/clouds/sun, stainless steel hemp oil extraction processing equipment, high-tech large cannabis indoor greenhouse, Small bottle of oil with dropper. We're wanting to show the evolution from hemp plant to the extracted oil final product.
5) All six people must be shown in the About section.
6) Menu, please draw special attention to "Members/Join" link
7) Include map of South America with pointer to Uruguay, plus a city view the capital city Montevideo to show business (not necessary, but desired)

Dear ALL Designers. I apologize for reviewing slowly now, I am doing my best to find time where possible. I'm getting married in one week! And there are a lot of wedding preparations happening. Also, for the next 10 days or so I will not communicate much because of the wedding and honeymoon.
