Hi all. can you please use your common sense in asking. If the project owner in the brief needs only web design. Useless asking if design and coding. HE IS ALREADY ASKING FOR A DESIGN ONLY THEN YOU WILL ASK IF THIS IS DESIGN AND CODING. COMMON SENSE. Just look at the PRIZE if that's worth DESIGN & CODE. COMMON SENSE AGAIN. thanks
