Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo design that is simple, professional, modern and a little on the quirky side. We are a new engineering consulting business in Sydney that will be specialising in digital design engineering. Our clients will in the infrastructure and mining industry. We will be designing anything from a water treatment plant to an industrial factory. I do not have a colour in mind, however the logo design needs to show that we are a professional engineering company that will think outside the box.
We will be drawing and designing piping, tanks, steel structures and mechanical equipment.
