can you provide the dimensions for the web and print brochure? is the print brochure a full page brochure or will it have folds? thanks

The layout should be standard 8 1/2 by 11 inches. My expectation is that it will be primarily sent as a PDF via email for printing by the recipient.

Multiple pages, not bound or folded.

You have a very nice project here.
I just want to let you know that I understand your concerns.
Maybe it would be wise to browse some of the designers and see their work and invite them ?
Otherwise, designers are reluctant to commit their time and talent for a project that might be refunded at the end of the period...
Just my 2 cents.
