Brief de Design de Panneau

Freestanding illuminated shopping centre sign overall 32 feet high maximum with 300 square feet of identification for the centre and twelve tenants. Colours open, design open. Not totally cost driven thereby allowing for more creative use of form and substrates. Client wants a 'ten' out of ten design.

OUTPUT:
The design need not be done with a 3D software but I have used it. Illustrated concepts are accepted. Typically, the industry shows a FRONT and a SIDE view to demonstrate dimension as well as a day and night view to better define the features. Most often, we show the sign as an overlay or with a background that makes it look realistic and proportionate.

I don't expect you to put in specifications other than general notes clarifying fit and finish (ex. materials) detail. Please check "Multiple Tenant Signs with Specs.jpg" to understand what we mean about adding notes.

TEXT TO INCLUDE IN THE SIGNAGE:
The only text I need is the Plaza 167. The spaces allocated for tenant signage can be demonstrated with the text "TENANT" to demonstrate space allocated.

Tenant copy can be illuminated channel letters on an aluminum backer which is painted to complement the design, push through acrylic tenant copy on standard color aluminum panels which can be easily replaced, flat cut aluminum identification on an illuminated backing panel
