We need a logo/wordmark for our newly formed company, which will be a consulting company that is
*a digital pioneer
*represents innovative thinking for business problems
*customer-obsessed and works with them closely
*creative yet data driven
*honours old school values of trust, sincerity, honesty
The brand name of the new company is AMPERSAND
This can be represented by the AMPERSAND SYMBOL as well as the word AMPERSAND itself.
We are open to colour suggestions, but currently prefer:
red and black
white and black
orange and red
red and blue
or some combination of these.
Some visual inspirations:
a. PUNS: For example, the Ampersand based movie poster for Jim Jarmusch's Coffee and Cigarettes
b. OLD SCHOOL TYPOGRAPHY WITH A TWIST
c. MODERN ART
d. WORD MARKS OF "AMPERSAND"
This is our brief, but feel free to surprise us, subvert the brief or just go wild.
Remember, this symbol is common, and there are many references available online.
Our challenge is to stand out and be memorable.
We understand creative people and we want to work with those who have a spark of genius or the rebel inside them, and are passionate about creating something that stands out, stands firm and stands the test of time (hopefully!).
