Brief de Design de Logo

I will attach some graphics that we like. A friend drew the third one for us, we like the house w/ shield concept. We will need the logo for all applications including business cards, web, shirts, trucks, etc.

Here are my thoughts on the attachments:

#1 I would like the pipe border in this shape.
#2 I would like CTR where it says Straight Up and then Plumbing, llc down below.
#3 The house with the shield with the water splashing off the shield where the plane is in #2.

I like the color scheme with the exception of the blue background being less green, a blue that you would think would work well with the house/shield/water splash.
