Brief de Design de Logo

We require an logo design for a residential home builder / developer would like something catchy and unique to promote my company being Melma Homes Group with a catch phrase "another quality development" incorporated into the design.

Melma Homes predominantly deals in medium density home developments, we build mainly townhouse sites and market them. Our demographic is mainly young families to retirees but most of our buyers are in the age bracket of 30 to 50.

We are looking for a logo that will but understated yet boutique incorporating modern colourings such as blacks and greys. I would like a clean modern font something with straight lines not cursive.

Happy for the logo to have an image that incorporates housing but not necessary.
