I don't mean to be rude, or insult your judgement, however for the site you are asking for plus SEO seems a little on the cheap side. I would imagine with such a great corporate plan you would expect only the best website, that is professional. As a professional who does this, the amount you are offering is similar to a great deal of logo contracts! I would recommend adjusting your price so you receive the best submissions from people who are good and know they are good and put their whole self into your project.
