Brief de Design de Logo

We Need a logo design for a Beach Burger Restaurant in Florida.
It is a mix from Ausrian and American Food. The People should get some Impressions at the Restaurant from the austrian culture.
Customers can create their own burgers and have the choose from 50 different toppings.
Servers will have traditional austrian clothes. Dirndl and Leather trousers (Oktoberfest)
The Restaurant will be a combination from the beach and mountainlife. Herby is the owner so it will be called HERBY'S EDELWEISS BURGER. He is also playing trumpet and Accordion for the guests. Name is still not to 100 percent perfect. maybe somebody has an better idea. Would be great to see the combination from Mountain an Beach life also on the logo.
