Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo design to bring the business up to date. The business is called MSEnvironmental and the activities can be viewed at www.msenvironmental.co.uk. I particularly like the www.kolor.com logo. I would like the option of just using MSEnvironmental in the logo, but also adding below in smaller text:
Technical Photography
Visualisations
Photomontage
The final design should communicate cutting edge technical creativity and accuracy.
I have attached my current logo (which is 17 years old), together with the Kolor logo I really like
