Brief de Design de Logo

Experienced team launching a company that invests in multi-family real estate. We syndicate (gather) investors to buy older apartment complexes, renovate them, increase the value to sell it, so the investors can double their money in 2-3 years.

Based in Texas, USA. Our investors normally invest $100,000-$250,000 for each property. The properties cost $5-$25 million dollars each.

The logo should give the impression of experience, wealth, apartments, improvement. Professional look but something that stands out. We are open to include other wording in the logo besides just the name... Possibly something that tells investors that they can make a lot of money in real estate.

Once the logo is done we will want to also design business cards, website, social media, etc.
