Brief de Design de Logo

The objective is to turn our plain/basic looking logo into something that pops a little more. We basically a version of the logo for the main company "Integrity Group, LLC Building and Renovating Dreams for 25 Years" and another that says "Integrity Group - Property Management" The property management peace could simply replace the building dreams slogan, however, it should be prominent enough to highlight the separate division of the company. Basically one logo for the main overall company and a very similar logo for the Property management company.

We already have a simple logo, but looking to see if there are any designers out there who could take this to the next level. We still want to have a simple look, but a logo that really captures what we do: Residential/Commercial Construction, Real Estate, Property Management. "Integrity!" in all we do.
