Brief de Design de Logo

I'm not quite sure in Which language I have to describe our target. Nevertheless, I did it in German (mother tongue) and English. German: Rough Riders' Cup is a sports event, more specifically Wake Board Contest. For this contest, we are looking for a logo. Criteria to the logo • The logo should all wake board fans and visitors captivate all ages immediately • The Sport necessarily "wakeboard" must be integrated. Next the logo should be linked to the next point "mascot. • To appeal to children, a mascot must be found. We thought that a dog (eg bulldog, names RaffRaff). The mascot may not be too childish. On the contrary, it should be cool and natural. • People should realize that it is a contest. • The logo must be scalable, but it maintains the ratio of length to width. • The logo must come (black / white and color) English We are a provider of a wake board contest, called Rough Riders' Cup in two color variants.
