Brief de Design de Logo

We are in the process of setting up an online estate agency in the UK. There are many online state agents in the UK now..
emoov.com yopa.com purplebricks.com . our online estate agency is called The Move.Com . The key difference is that TMC ( themove.com) will only market NEW HOMES direct from the builder/developers to their first owners . The advantage is that new homes carry a 10 year guarantee, can be cusmstomised and are likely to appreciate in value even before the buyer has moved in. the other big difference is that TMC will sell 'normal homes to normal people'..ie under 1M value homes. Lastly the company will employ stay at home Mums with school going children as their freelance agents. So the business will be kind, sensitive, humane, well priced. the logo should be warm fuxxy homely and yet almost surreal and magical in its appeal...illustrations/sketches etc featuring colour and themes like animals of some sort on the MOVE with their family...or angels or surreal creatures on the move. If you look up the logo of teh Animal ball recently held in London..its logo featured illustartions of all kinds of animals..basically the logo must give a warm homely feeling and make one smile...and shoulkd feel magical or other worldly or surreal..while being connected to the fact of MOVING to a NEW home
