Brief de Design Étiquette

I am in need of a label redo! I have attatched a couple of our old logo labels (still currently using these labels) also i have our new logo that we have loaded on the website feel free to look. www.siplicious.com i bought the business a year ago and have been wanting to get a new look for a minimal cost.we use the labels that are 4' by 3 1/3' on the bags that hold 100 grams the bag is 5.25"x 8 "stand up pouch and the smaller bag which is 4.25x 6.75" we have used a 2x2 label (which doesn't have room for as much detail. the bags are a matte silver at the time.
i am considering going to either a matte white or there is an aqua co lour not sure if that would work or there is a nice white or silver grey rice paper looking bag i am getting prices.
i would consider a larger label format on this bag as well for retail i need my logo the address and the telephone and website all the ingredients as well as tea type and caffiene content i like to include a short description of the tea, as well as country of origin could be fun.. i have included the steep time and possibly this is something to take into consideration is to make a small info graphic of the steep times that is the same sticker to go on the reverse side of each bag the same.could include the address and website... as you can see my bags have had a different color banner per the type of tea Which my customers are used to that idea pink means fruit black is abrown label blue is herbal etc.
to say what is my style is kind of hard for me i included the two pieces of art work from creative marketing ...the coffee label i liked the bottom part simple and straight forward, (i could also look into seeing how much it would cost to heat stamp my logo on each bag) the second one i do kind of like had drawn also sort of vintage the new logo being aqua and grey to me is fresh and light....really i don't like busy or fussy or Victorian i like a bit unusual ( like the sticker on the kraft paper bag! but it could be a pain to put on straight every time i think the one on the biscotti (art image 3) is kind of neat how its applied the other way...
Anyway my market is some retail/ farmers markets etc.. and website.as well as our own retail shop.we have about 90 kinds of tea so i need to be able to edit and print these myself as to hold stock on labels is not cost effective.
i also should say we use the 4 oz metal tins which i use the same labels size as the large bag but mayb we could design it to fit around the whole tin.
