Brief de Design de Brochure

We are a real estate company in the swiss alps and we need a new design for our (very old fashioned) brochures. Our “word-doc” based “brochure” you’ll find in the attachment.

We need a whole new, modern, clean and colorful design. The key features of a property must be clearly visible, like: (Those key features must be editable)


- 1 main bigger picture of the property
- 4-6 small accompagning Fotos
- Floorplan
- Price
- Property Category
- Buildyear
- Number of rooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Number of bedrooms
- Squaremeter
- Parking place
- Specialities
- Very Short Descripton of the property

We put those brochures in our shop window/showcase, see foto in the attachment. In the attachment you’ll find our business card logo, letterhead logo and on our website www.treuinvest-ag.ch another logo.

The new brochure will contain about 4-6 pictures with a main picture of the house, a floorplan and a short description. It must be clearly visible und readable from outside thru a window, so it canot be too small.

Format only A3 in LANDSCAPE.

It must be scalable to A4 to be able to send it to clients (and they will print it to A4)

The brochure must contain our logo with name, subname and year, website, telefon and fax number and address.

To be clear: The whole new brochure will contain only a short description, not like the old design. You can really more concentrate on design and fotos. Description and text will be very short. But we really want to change and no more using the old design...

Just to clarify, the picture with our little agency is just for reference where the new brochures will be. It's jus there to show our window/showcase.
