Brief de Design de Logo

We are a cie based in Quebec city Canada, Fort-Lauderdale and San Francisco since 2012 called:
RENDERING SOCIETY
.com

-We provide architectural rendering services (modeling building and houses in 3D)
-Our target market: general contractors, real estate promoters, architects , interior designers.
-Our services are only sold by our website www.renderingsociety.com
-We need a logo for this website and our next step in 2017 will be to make a new website with that logo.
-We need the logo as well to put it on the right bottom side of our rendering images to show it was made by us, a bit like an artist signature but it needs to refer to our website for a quick catch of new customers.
-Color must be black and white since we want it discreet but visible.
-We want our logo to be catchy and original, simple, looking professional, dynamic, modern and showing our efficiency.
-Please find attached a logo example of Peak Performance as example of our design direction. We don’t want a copy. It’s an inspiration.
