Brief de Design de Logo
Hello, I am in need of a logo for a new real estate team located in Hendersonville, NC called First Class Homes & Estates. The colors need to be red (Pantone 200, #B40101), black (#000000), white (#FFFFFF), main grey (Pantone 424, #999999), light grey (#CCCCCC), medium grey (#666666). The colors must be specific because my team will be part of Keller Williams and these are part of their design requirements. I am looking for a logo that is modern but will resound with people of all ages. This logo will need to be simple and clean so that it can be used on business cards, email signatures, signs, marketing, etc without having a lot of complexity which may not translate correctly to each medium. The services we offer are assisting people with buying, selling, investing in or starting a career in real estate. The logo should convey a sense of superior client care and premium branding. The winning logo will be a balance of a clean timeless design with a upmarket, premium feel. I will upload a draft that I have created just for your considering, but I am not tied to this in anyway as I am no professional. I will need this graphic to be in vector format so that it can be sized for use on large mediums. Thanks so much for your assistance on this!
