Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo designed for our real estate company.

We want a logo that is entirely focused on the image of a key (like a key to a house). The company name is a little obscure but still pronounced the same as "Key", so we only want to use the image of a key instead of the actual company name.

So for example, we'd like people, at most, to read *Key image* Property Sales. For a lot of our marketing however we intend to only display the key, so the ultimate design of the key is critically important as it will be the entirety of the brand.

We are currently heavily leaning toward a golden key on a black background with white text, helvetica or similar font - but also hoping a designer can broaden our view if they feel there is a better option. This design will a few different colour and display options so its appropriate for various social media and print formats, and there will be times we want to include "Property Sales" alongside the key image.

The key should do the best job possible of conveying the fact its related to property and some important these are:

1. Simplicity
