Brief de Design de Carte

We need a design that will be used for bag toppers on poly bags that will contain patio furniture insert glides for chairs and tables. We sell a few different size,color and style glides and would like to be able to work with the designer to make small changes for each of the items while keeping the same aesthetic look.

Bag Topper/Header Card Dimensions - 6" x 5" (folds to 6" x 2.5") two sides. One half of design needs to be upsidedown because of the fold.

Information to include on Front Side:
1. Logo (see attached)
2. Product name - Deluxe 1-1/2" Round Insert Glide
3. Quantity - 24 Pack
4. For wrought iron furniture

Back Side:
1. Made in China

3. Your own black and white drawing showing the end of a wrought iron furniture leg and cup end with a drawing of our deluxe glide below it labeled with
1-1/2" O.D. (I attached example) Should be clear the glide would go INSIDE the cup and the glide has a 1-1/2" outside diameter. Glide should look like its about to go in the leg cup.


4.Bar code 1" x 2" (See Attached)

5. Provides smooth movement while protecting the surface from scratches.
Fits into a steel weld cup with a 1.5" inside diameter
