Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a civil engineering consulting company that has been operating for nearly 3 years. The company is based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia and is called "360 Civil Consulting". We are a small company that provides professional engineering services mainly for new, small to medium developments but also for other engineering projects. We pride ourselves on providing excellent, efficient service. We understand that many of our clients have limited development experience and we ensure that we support them through the process. The "360" component of the name refers to 2 aspects. 1) that "360 Civil Consulting" will look at every angle of the development to identify opportunities and risks to ensure the best outcome possible and 2) the "360" refers to our aim to continually work with an established client base (e.g. design / obtaining approvals / construction supervision / due diligence for new project / design for new project / obtaining approvals for new project etc). 360 Civil Consulting not only provide overall project management for a development but also provide design services for the civil engineering components of the development (sewer, water, roads, stormwater drainage, earthworks), construction supervision, contract administration, feasibility studies and cost estimates for projects. We also have developed an extensive network of specialists enabling us to coordinate complex projects.
We would like to see a design that reflects our ambitions. The creator and director of the company is female which is rare in this professional field on the Sunshine Coast. Preferably the design would have a feminine look / element to it which will also represent a new approach to civil consulting which is dominated by males. Please refrain from creating a logo that implies that we have environmental engineering capacity. While we have access to environmental engineers, this is not our core business.
