I am beginning work on this for you. I'm always excited to be working with a faith based organization! A few questions to clarify:

1) I see this is a welcome package. Is this specifically for first time guests, or will it also be used for guest speakers, evangelistic events, community outreaches, etc.? I would like to know how generic or specific it needs to be.

2) What is the content you would like to see on this?

3) Is this a tri-fold brochure? So folded dimensions would be 4.5x3? Or is this a flyer?

There will likely be more questions as I work with you to finalize this for you.

I see that you have 52 designs submitted and you have extended the deadline three times because you haven't received what you are looking for. Could you perhaps provide a little more information for the designers trying to create a cover for you? Are there specific colors you want used? Colors that should be avoided? Have you seen another cover that you like the feel of and want something similar? Any information, no matter how seemingly insignificant, will help us the designers create the cover you are looking for. Thanks!

Thanks ... I am leaving for Africa and India today ... I hope to get a chance during the trip to interact with the designs. When I get back we are going to set up a poll and get a design selected when I get back. Blessings!
