Brief de Web Design

I would like to have a new homepage design http://www.ASLdeafined.com . My business is a website for anyone to learn American Sign Language. There are over 300 video lessons, with each lesson having 20 vocabulary words, retention exercises, 16,000 video dictionary etc. It is a very extensive site. It is a self paced website. If you need a log in to see what customers see, please let me know. I would like to keep the same color scheme. I want the website to look modern and clean. I want a fresh look! I want something that is easy to navigate, attracts customers, and easy to follow. I would like the final design to communicate that my website is for anyone to learn how to sign with this incredible program.
