Brief de Design de Logo

Overview

Montclair Tutoring is a new business. It was was operating under a nationwide franchise, Tutoring Club. Now it is a separate entity with no relationship with the former. We need a new logo.
Tutoring Club - in the future possibility a positioning statement or incorporation, but not now.

It is located in Montclair, New Jersey, an affluent area, with high demographics. About 70% of their business is High School, 15% Middle school; 15% elementary. The school has the tools to help achieve his or her educational goals. And has been in business for over five years under the past franchise.

Desired colors - Blue definitely. Add in Green and/and or black.
Stay away from past logo see web site.

They have a present web site under the former banner. This will be changed. www.tutoringclub.com I not sure if domain name will change.

The final design should project strength and success probably targeting the High School group.
