Brief de Design de Logo

Hi,

I need a logo for my new project, Platinum Forms. Platinum Forms is an online form builder that lets users quickly and easily create great forms to either embed on their website or use as a stand-alone data form.

The logo should be modern and reasonably professional, however a bit of fun is also allowed!

I currently have no color scheme, I was originally thinking of blues, but happy for you to use your creativity on the colors.
