Brief de Design de Logo

We have had the same logo since 1981. We like the concept of our current logo (the house being held by the hand.) however we know it looks dated. We would like to refresh our current logo, and bring our it into 2017.

We also like the element of the house being a "H" to represent and point to our name Home Energy Center. The clip art stock image I uploaded is a reference to having the house be made of a H.

We would like get a logo in a couple versions. One of which would be in circle with the text below the image. We would also like to have one where the image could be the "H" in Home Energy Center if it was spelled out across our website.

We are not looking to completely re-invent the Wheel, but are open to all ideas and suggestions.
