Brief de Design de Logo

New waste management business logo.
Dealing with refuse and recycling of commercial and domestic waste.
I want the letters 'SAC' in black perhaps in a black text box and the words 'waste management' underneath in upper case. At times I will need to abreviate the branding so want to be able to sometimes just use the letters 'SAC' in some kid of creative text box that isn't playful or child like but something fitting of a commercial business.
Please present the logo on a rich yellow back drop using the type of yellow on the bin lid attached.
Our waste bins will have yellow tops like on the image attached and I'd like to see the logo printed on the side of this grey bin all in white.
