Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a real estate development company. I have an idea of what I would like but I am also open to ideas. The company name will be Haus Developments. I think I want an "H" similar to the one in the image I've provided. The image should be iconic enough so that it is noticeable as a logo and is distinctive. I will be using this image on buildings in the future. The H will eventually be made into metal emblems that are presented on buildings with back lighting. SO, I need the H logo and I would also like a separate text logo that just has Haus Development in a clean font. I am not decided on whether the text should all be caps or not or if HAUS should be caps and Developments not.... I'm just not sure. The logos should be modern, clean and distinctive.
