Brief de Design de Logo

We have an example of what we would like for it to look like. See attachment. However, we do not own the rights to this logo as it was found on google. We would like to modify the lion some to make the design our own. Please also feel free to insert your own artistic ideas. Perhaps if the lion turned and faced directly toward us. Maybe some designs with the wings and some without.

*Update - Please remove Est. 2016 from designs, if your design has less than 4 stars, please alter your design significantly.

*Update 2 - If you're able to, I'd like to see some designs with an Anchor incorporated.

*Update 3 - Please turn the lion toward us/facing forward, please just use the head and have wings coming off the side. Maybe incorporate and anchor into the lion's chest plate. Maybe show some grayscale, black/white, and also some color using a (hunter green and white design) options. Please make sure the lion looks strong/fierce/powerful.
