Brief de Design de PowerPoint

We're a firm that sells $1M-$20M Dollar properties. We need a very professional template to be able to insert our information, pictures, and data into it. The data is mostly send via email in PDF and/or printed out. Here's the templates we need using OUR Logo and colors. Name of Company: Virtue Investment Group

1.)Cover Page Template: I've attached a example but we would like our own original cover page that looks cool and has spot for property photo
2.)Table of Contents Template: I've attached some cool original ideas that we like. Obviously would love our own
3.)Beginning of Section Template: Basically a page letting you know what section you're about ready to start.
4.) Content/Data Template: This is the template where all data will be inserted. So basically just bordering and very minimal space taken up to allow for content to be added
5.) Back Page/Last Page Template: This will be the last page of the presentation or showcase. I can also use this page to insert disclaimers and confidentiality language.
