Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our new real estate investment company based in Toronto, Canada. We build luxury custom homes and would like a logo that would incorporate both a luxury and construction aspect in the design. This logo will be used in all our marketing and branding material. If you have any other specific questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

For your reference, I have attached a sample logo of what I was hoping to receive, we do no want something exactly similar but to have a similar feel. But if you have better ideas, we are more than happy to look over them! :)

Also, the logo must include our company name Shad & Shad Inc. The “Inc.” is optional, and up to your discretion, further, we are also open to including, Custom Homes, Luxury Homes, Real Estate in the logo as well. Given, if it looks appealing. Please note, the background in the example is also not necessary.
