Is the $140 for all 9 illustrations?

We need to know the size/proportions of the book, how the text is gonna interact with the illustrations etc. Aren't you gonna need the cover too? The price really doesn't look correct for all the illustrations.

The book is 8 pages and a cover so total 9 illustrations.

The book size would really be up to you and the look you're going for.
As far as your price point depending on the complexity of the illustration it could run you 50 or more PER PAGE especially if you're looking for quality.

Thanks for the feedback. So the book size will be 10in x 10 in and the illustrations would be say 7in long x 8 in wide and the narration would in the white spot.
In terms of complexity and quality I need your help, if you already have some example of what it would represent in terms of price then that would assist me in making the decision.

Dear project owner i would like to participate in this project .However, I have some questions , is it possible to provide a picture of the mother (or is it depending on our imagination) and about the weather as well, is it cold or warm weather ? Keep your book size close A4 size mean
11''H X 8'' W close size.

means artist will get more area for illustration in width
wise... when u open the book it will 16''W X 11''H

dat will be better fort all and it will solve all your printing problem also.
