Brief de Design de Logo

We are building an online training site for Audiology Assistants and Audiologist.
We don't want ears or a graduation cap. We have a very fixed idea of what we want. It's very similar to the logo that was built for The Kingham Collective and Dr. Kingham

Please review the images attached. We want to use the same font/colors/shading that is used on the The Kingham Collective logo.
We have attached a logo we want to mimic using the text/colors/shading in the previous logo. We want the logo to look like the shield with an "A" in the middle. We want AUDIOLOGY across the top of the shield and the tip of the "A" in the shield to integrate some how with the word AUDIOLOGY.
Then like the The Kingham Collective, on the side of the shield to have the ACADEMY (minus the "A" because it's in the shield.)
Below the shield we liked the shadow like on the first logo for white backgrounds. Then a version without the shadow for other lighter shade backgrounds.
