Brief de Design Graphique

I would like graphic designs of "C2 + P2 = business success". The components of the formula ie. Culture, Communication, People, Process should feature prominently.
I would like to see two designs
1. As a header, that can be used on website pages, newsletters, social media and flyers and
2. A graphic/picture (probably looks more like a logo) to be used in social media posts, print media etc
They can be different but should be consistent in look and feel.

a. Business Success = C2 (squared) + P2 (squared)
b. I pronounce it as R2D2 (the famous robot in Starwars)
c. The formula means: Culture, Communication, People, Process
d. If you have these 4 things operating at optimum levels in your business you can scale the business to any size, the possibilities are limitless.

The design should communicate stability, structure and growth.
