We are a diagnostic imaging provider.

We need 3 brochure layouts.

1) A 4-fold with our 4 locations...one on each panel
2) A single-sheet brochure marketing each of our procedures to the referring physicians. (a shell, one completed so we clone the rest)
3) A single-sheet brochure handout containing information about certain exams and ways to prepare for our patients' education. (a shell, one completed so we can clone the rest)

One of the single broadsheets to the referring physician marketing a particular modality (CAT Scan, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, Breast Biopsy)
The other single Broadsheet is marketed to patients but handed out by doctors who want to send patients to be scanned at our facility.

• The 4-fold should be easy to read at-a-glance but contain some branding.
• The doctor-facing broadsheet should be in a the form of a shell, so we can do one for each of our modalities
• The patient-facing should be a shell as well, so we can do one for each of our major exams.
• Our name is POM MRI and Imaging Centers. POM means Peace of Mind. POM IS Peace of Mind.
