Brief de Design de Logo

We are a real estate and development company in Australia called Crown Vantage Group,we need a logo designed for our company. We want the logo to be elegant and simple like the Crown. You can have a look at our old logo that may give you some ideas, however you can always have your own brand new idea. I do like the font styles design of the old one (only "crown vantage", not "an investment company") and i hope we can keep it. The logo itself can be related to our business.
