Brief de Design de Logo

Law practice specializing in estate planning, human rights advocacy and elder law needs a logo to be used in a website, on letterhead and in (simple) ads. Our law practice strives to enhance clients' independence, financial security and overall quality of life.
I would like the design to evoke positivity/optimism, as well as strength and empathy. Colours to be incorporated into the design are teal and grey (as in our current logo, uploaded below). Thank you for your help in this project!
