Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo for our brewery, Parable Brewing Company. I am open to it being a symbol with the name included or character with name included. The main objective is to create a logo where that logo is recognizeable to the beer drinking community even if the name Parable isn't next to it. Something very identifiable would amazing. What Parable means to me - if you research the definition of Parable, I am attractEd to the #2 meaning of it basically being an allegory or story. When interpreted in Latin or French I believe alot more life is brought into the fold making the name infinitely marketable. I think I would prefer something esoteric and inspired by words like hidden, hidden messages, mystery, mystical, powerful and thought provoking. I am totally open to the artists interpretation and am totally cool with them being as creative as they'd like.
