Just a heads up, even though you say its not an ecommerce site, it actually is because your trying to get people to purchase things, sure its not with money but credits but the requirements are the same. That being said I would be a little skeptical if someone submitted work with this budget, as there are a lot of requirements and the budget for this is low. Something to keep in mind. Cheers!
