Your budget is way too low. FYI a minimum USD 80 / illustration might be acceptable although is still. low rated. If you like an illustrator how you have indicated, you will be surprised by her ratings. !

Hi dear Contest Holder, thanks for you invitation! This project sounds awesome. With all the respect, as previous designers just wrote, $150 for 14 illustrations is low. I'd do 3 illustrations for that budget :D
And most clients don't know about DesignCrowd taking comissions from the prize, so in the end We'd earn less than that... :S
