Brief de Design de Logo

We are a 12 step fellowship of recovering drug addicts. We have an annual convention that is a celebration of recovery. The fellowship began in the San Fernando Valley so we like to include the phrase "Where is all began" in our logo. i am including some previous artwork from prior conventions. We would like to use the narcotics anonymous symbol (included) as shown in images of previous conventions.
The artwork should be not too complicated or too dark. the logo will be printed on some type of presale clothing item and possibly a tee shirt or button up shirt, or jacket.
A simple google search for narcotic anonymous quotes may help.
We are a spiritual, not religious fellowship.
