Yes - it's a pretty open project which is why I've put so much background into the brief
Probably less is more though - it's about getting across some key messages and then getting people to take action

Not sure what a PSD file is - may I suggest you got to www.helloprint.co.uk and obtain the file directly from their artwork templates - they supply in pdf and I hope you can get the format you need from them.
