Brief de Design de Logo

We have selected a Logo that we like, and have asked for changes.

Unfortunately, the designer isn't getting back to us, so we have attached the logo for other designers to look at, and make these changes for us:

1) We like the iR Heating logo - with the small i, large R.
2) We would like the circle that goes around it to be reduced by about 15% in thickness
3) We would like to have various color variations made available as part of the package - see the attached image.
4) We need in as high resolution as possible.
5) We need a version done with green colors as well.
