Brief de Design de Logo

I am needing a logo designed for a website and business card. I want the logo to fit in a square space as I plan to make the business cards square themselves. The logo i had in mind could be some version of "ML" but I am open to ideas. The site itself is meant to be a community page where young business professionals (Millennials) can come to find resources for success. I am wanting something modern and somewhat minimalistic. It will be used when posting insparational information so I would like it to seem somewhat insparational iteslf.
