Brief de Design de Logo

My business provides clothing alterations services to our local community. I would like to update my current logo and business card with a design that looks more modern and professional than our current one. I would like it to have a picture of scissors as the main focal point and would like to have a measuring tape incorporated. I do not want to have the image to look as though it has been created using clip-art images. I like the colours black, blue, red and white.
