Brief de Design de Logo

I am the owner of a new home building and fix and flip real estate company located in Seattle, Washington. Our name is Cascadia Builders, and i've already built a temp logo that I've been using for the past 3 months but wanted to have a professional design something that might be closer to what I'm looking for.

Design should be clean, modern and minimalist. It should include mountains, tree's, snow, house icon, roof or windows...something to tie our region of being in the Pacific Northwest with home building. See the current logo i'm using in addition to a few I've attached as references of what I am looking for... Thanks so much! Clean, simple and modern prefered.
